Canadian Pizza columnist Tom Stankiewicz passed along a YouTube link to this documentary on pizza that begs to be shared.

If you haven’t seen Pizza! The Movie, click here to see it on YouTube. The film is U.S. focused and primarily follows the trials and tribulations of the U.S. Pizza Team, as well as the American industry trade publications PMQ and Pizza Today and trade shows. It also goes into some aspects of history and the size of the industry, but mostly it is a superbly entertaining look at the scope of the pizza industry south of the border.

We should make a movie about our Canadian pizza places that make a mark in Canada.
So I will start putting things together and if U (yes you) want to be in it just let me know!!!

It was interesting to see the politics that are involved in the pizza industry. It is sad to think that an industry that has some of the nicest people I have met can be tainted by the politic shown here.
